Essential Responsibilities:

- Support daily project activities including subcontractors and hired services
- Review storm data trends and forecasts to support project planning
- Manage documentation meeting minutes files logs and milestone tracking
- Production tracking and quality management
- Maintenance of quality records complete field inspections and help train new team members
- Assist with estimation, tendering awarding work processing invoices and preparing purchase requisitions
- Gather vendor pricing manage data support cost reporting and maintain client relationships
- Promote and support Ledcor’s safety program and encourage safe work practices

Qualifications:

- Post secondary education in Construction or Civil Engineering is an asset
- Two or more years of project or quality coordination ideally in highway or construction
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and build relationships
- Solid technical skills including MS Word Excel, estimating and scheduling tools experience with government clients is an asset




- Organized proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with subcontractors
- Valid driver’s license and clear abstract

Compensation

$59,500.00 - $85,000.00

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
