Leto’s Steakhouse & Bar is seeking a talented and team member to join our motivated BOH team.

Our Restaurant:

Leto’s Steakhouse & Bar is an exciting neighbourhood eatery that offers a flavour focused menu with detailed service. We serve both comforting and progressive food items with an emphasis on customer service. The team is Fun, Dynamic and Encouraged. Responsibilities:

- Ensure safe food handling procedures.
- Constantly prepare ingredients, garnishes, sauces, etc. to “spec”. effectively and efficiently.
- Be composed even during the busiest times.
- ability to be solution focused and resourceful.
- Have a clean as you go mind set and ensures a clean work space.
- Be a team player and follow our mission, vision and values during every shift.
- Be prepared and on time for every shift.
- Help ensure each guest is offered the highest level of service.

Experience:

- Line cook: 1 year
