We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer focused Shift Supervisor to help lead our new locations team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, leading by example, and delivering outstanding guest service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Lead and support the crew during shifts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Open and/or close the restaurant as required.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching team members.
- Monitor food quality, speed of service, and operational standards.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Support inventory, cash handling, and daily restaurant operations.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or quick-service experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.




- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
