We are a premier hospitality group behind the award-winning Adrak restaurants. As we expand our portfolio, we are hiring Commis Chefs to join the opening culinary team at our newest dining concept - Raani - in Toronto’s Financial District.

This is an opportunity to join a flagship opening and develop within a structured, high-performance kitchen committed to craftsmanship, discipline and consistency.

Overview

The Commis Chef will support the senior culinary team with daily mise en place, preparation and service execution across an assigned kitchen section. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, calm under pressure and committed to developing within a serious hospitality group.

We are hiring Commis Chefs at multiple experience levels, including Commis I, II and III, across the following areas:

- Tandoor and live-fire cooking
- Curry and hot kitchen
- Garde manger and cold kitchen
- Bread, pastry, and general production

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Commis Chef,



Line Cook or Prep Cook in a professional kitchen is preferred
- Understanding of Indian or South Asian cuisine is an asset
- Experience with tandoor, grill, curry, bread, garde manger or kitchen production is an asset
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness and organization
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and instructions consistently
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, premium dining environment
- Positive attitude, robust work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
