Cross Site: Permanent Full-time (Primary Site: Kirkland Lake)

Compensation & Benefits Information

- Rate of pay ranges from: $48.21 per hour and $64.50 per hour as per OPSEU Collective Agreement
- Stipend of 10% paid out on each pay (bi-weekly)

Job Summary:

As a member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team and through collaboration with patients, their families and other healthcare providers, the successful candidate will provide high quality pharmaceutical care to patients of Blanche River Health. The pharmacist, working with the pharmacy team, will also be responsible for ensuring the protected,



accurate and efficient compounding and distribution of medications used in the hospital.

Qualifications:

Education:

Certifications and Registrations

- Successful completion of a Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited university (or equivalent)
- Registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (Part A registration) in good standing

Skill, Ability & Experience:

- Demonstrated ability to be motivated, self-directed and work as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and clinical communication skills
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Hospital Pharmacist (preferred)
