GENERAL SUMMARY:
Manages sales of the company's meeting and event space within a defined market segment. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through strategic planning and relationship management. Identifies objectives, strategies, and action plans to increase revenue.

CORE FUNCTIONS:

- Performs business development activities within assigned market segments and accounts, and negotiates contract terms to achieve forecasted sales projections.
- Identifies potential clients, establishes contact, and builds positive relationships with key decision-makers.




- Reviews the requirements of all booked banquets and functions to identify opportunities to sell additional services and facilities, generating incremental revenue.
- Responds to all walk-in, telephone, and online inquiries, qualifying potential leads for the sales department.
- Schedules and conducts site inspections as required.
- Maintains and communicates the event information calendar.
- Responsible for bookings, confirmations, and the preparation of proposals and contracts.
- Solicits new and existing clients to meet budgeted sales targets.
- Identifies opportunities to maximize revenue through upselling and offering enhancements that create outstanding events.
- Collaborates with the culinary and catering teams to ensure the client's vision is communicated and executed effectively.
- Maintains flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Base salary plus commission, and bonuses

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
