Position: Shipper & Truck Driver ( Combined position)

Requirements:

· Clean drivers abstract with valid drivers license

· Physically demanding – loading & unloading millwork to job sites (up to 100 lbs.)

· Class 5 driver’s license to drive up to 5-ton truck

· Forklift operation

· Professionalism & customer service

· Good problem-solving abilities to organize, plan & stage deliveries

· Organizational ability for checklists, paperwork & communication with supervisor

· Positive attitude

Responsibilities:

· Logbook & documentation requirements





· Local & out of province travel with occasional overnight requirements

· Oversee vehicle inspection & maintenance – pre/post and enroute

· Packaging goods for transport

· Load & unload trucks in a safe secure manner with forklift or manually

Wage Range: $22-24/ hour based on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm occasional weekends and evenings
