We are a business that looks for hard working people to bring to our team. We specialize in helping our staff build leadership skills through home servicing.

We are seeking an experienced leader to lead our team of home service technicians in providing top-quality services to our clients, ensuring that their teams work efficiently and effectively, leaving both the client and other team members with a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage a team of 1-2 others, ensuring they are working safely, efficiently, and delivering high-quality results
- Perform a variety of home servicing tasks, including window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, pressure washing, and sealing surfaces
- Assess the work to be completed, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources accordingly
- Train new team members in the techniques and standards of window cleaning
- Ensure that all equipment and tools are maintained and kept in good working condition
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed




- Communicate with clients about any issues or concerns that they may have and ensure that their needs and expectations are met
- Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
