Pelican Dynamic Services Ltd. is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to help generate new business opportunities and secure service contracts.
The successful candidate will connect with property managers, strata companies, restaurants, offices, warehouses, retail businesses, construction companies and other commercial clients.
Services You Will Sell
- Commercial janitorial and cleaning contracts
- Building maintenance services
- Interior and exterior painting
- Pressure washing and exterior cleaning
- Carpet, upholstery and floor cleaning
- Kitchen exhaust and hood cleaning
- Renovations, repairs and property modifications
- Website design and development
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Google Ads and social media marketing services
Responsibilities
- Find and contact potential commercial and residential clients
- Generate qualified leads and book appointments
- Present company services professionally
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Assist with securing one-time projects and recurring contracts
- Maintain clear communication regarding leads and sales progress
- Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
Compensation
This is a commission-based position. Commission will be paid after Pelican Dynamic Services Ltd. receives payment from the client.
Commission rates may vary depending on the type, size and profitability of the contract or project. Recurring commission opportunities may be available for selected ongoing contracts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, business development or lead generation is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, networking and in-person outreach
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Knowledge of cleaning, maintenance, construction or digital marketing services is an asset
- Reliable transportation is preferred for local client visits
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
