RPI Consulting Group, a leading healthcare staffing agency in Canada, partners with many well-respected healthcare organizations and pharmacies. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, detail-focused Pharmacy Assistant to work with one of our trusted pharmacy partners in Edmonton.

This opportunity offers the chance to work in a modern, technology-driven pharmacy that specializes in mail-order and delivery services. The successful applicant will assist with everyday pharmacy operations and work alongside pharmacists and colleagues in a fast-paced, professional setting.

Ideal candidates will have prior pharmacy assistant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work quickly while maintaining high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist pharmacists with prescription preparation and processing.
- Receive, input,



and process prescription information accurately.
- Prepare drug packaging, labels, and required documentation.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and supply receiving.
- Maintain updated patient records and pharmacy documents.
- Support prescription workflow to ensure timely order completion.
- Help with medication packaging and delivery preparation.
- Keep the pharmacy workspace clean, orderly, and productive.
- Provide excellent service to patients and pharmacy team members.

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous Pharmacy Assistant experience preferred.
- Experience with Kroll pharmacy software is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy pharmacy environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Skilled handling of confidential patient information.
