Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-person outreach to local businesses to introduce our recruitment solutions.
- Engage with HR professionals and business managers to understand hiring needs.
- Present the benefits of partnering with Avro Ventures, highlighting our personalized approach and diverse talent pool.
- Collect contact information and follow up to schedule meetings or consultations.





Requirements:

- Confident communicator with the ability to present our services effectively.
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Prior marketing or sales experience (1 year preferred).
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

- Monday to Friday

- Greater Toronto Area, ON (preferred)

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
