Duties

- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to highlight benefits and value propositions.
- Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
- Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cashiering, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with diverse customers, including bilingual or multilingual clients.




- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail in all responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential!
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience with product demos, technical sales, or merchandising is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions are necessary.
- Customer service experience demonstrating patience, professionalism, and active listening.
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining organizational skills.
- Completing all required Kia University courses
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging customers both in person and over the phone.

Pay: $45,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
