Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality food and beverage service. Your ability to manage time effectively, handle cash transactions, and ensure cleanliness will contribute significantly to our restaurant's success.

Duties

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Assist in restocking supplies as needed and maintain an organized workspace.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the food service or food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to sanitize work areas and adhere to health regulations.
- Experience with cashiering is a plus.
- A willingness to learn about menu items and improve upselling techniques.

Pay: $15.80-$16.00 per hour
