We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our family-owned group of community pharmacies.

We are looking for the right person, not simply someone to fill a schedule. We are happy to build an arrangement around your availability, experience, and long-term goals. Opportunities may include a consistent part-time schedule, a full-time position, or rotating between locations for pharmacists who enjoy variety.

For pharmacists interested in taking on greater responsibility, we are also open to pharmacy management opportunities, enhanced compensation, signing incentives, and longer-term arrangements that may include profit-sharing.

Responsibilities

- Accurately dispense prescriptions and provide clear medication counselling
- Assess patients, identify drug therapy concerns, and provide appropriate clinical services
- Complete minor ailment prescribing, medication reviews, and other professional services
- Communicate effectively with patients, prescribers, caregivers, and pharmacy staff




- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with skilled and regulatory standards
- Support daily pharmacy operations, workflow, inventory, and team development

Qualifications

- Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Strong clinical judgement, communication, and patient-care skills
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Community pharmacy experience is required
- Pharmacy software experience is an asset (e.g., Propel Rx)
- Management experience is an asset
