Pay : commission 50% + 100% tips

Products commission 15%

Responsibilities

- Perform professional waxing services on various areas of the body, including legs, arms, bikini, face, and more, with precision and care.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, explain procedures, and recommend suitable treatments for optimal results.
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting all tools, equipment, and treatment areas before and after each service.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly, relaxed environment that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.




- Educate clients on post-waxing care instructions to ensure comfort and prevent irritation or infection.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products that complement waxing treatments and enhance client satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of client treatments, preferences, and any allergies or sensitivities for personalized service.

Skills

- Proven experience in body waxing or cosmetology with a strong understanding of waxing techniques and skin care.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices to ensure a protected treatment environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong retail sales skills to effectively recommend products that meet client needs.
- Flexibility to adapt to different client requests and maintain professionalism at all times.
