Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their favorite ice cream flavors and toppings
- Prepare and serve ice cream cones, sundaes, floats, and other frozen treats accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the serving area, including food handling and equipment upkeep
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including giving correct change and balancing cash drawers




- Upsell additional items such as toppings or specialty desserts to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe workplace for guests and staff

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow in the food industry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests of all ages
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods during shift
