We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and professional Spa Receptionist to join our team at Zen Serene Spa in Calgary SE.

This is a part-time subcontractor position for:

Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sundays: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hours range from 5.5–7 hours per day, depending on the appointment schedule. On slower days with no appointments booked later in the day, shifts may end at 3:30 PM. On busier days, shifts will run until 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities Include:

- Checking clients in and out
- Answering phone calls and responding and sending emails
- Running clients’ massage services through insurance
- Booking and confirming appointments
- Selling gift cards and retail products
- Assisting with light spa cleaning and organization
- Helping set up and reset treatment rooms
- Managing and tracking supply inventory
- Using Outlook and spa booking systems
- Serving clients beverages such as mimosas, tea, and water
- Putting away clean laundry
- Resetting change room
- Assisting with light marketing and promotional tasks (using canva)

Requirements:





- Must speak and write fluent English
- ProServe certification required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, qualified, and dependable
- Must have reliable transportation
- Comfortable with varying appointment volumes. During slower seasons, there may be periods with fewer appointments; however, we do our best to provide consistent hours whenever possible.
- Previous receptionist, spa, salon, or customer service experience is an asset
