We are a specialized team providing parent-inclusive care for children, adolescents, and families, helping parents feel more confident, children develop lifelong skills, and families strengthen their relationships.
We're seeking a warm, engaging therapist who is passionate about supporting children, teens, and families and interested in maintaining a caseload of 15-20+ clients per week within a supportive and collaborative group practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide counselling services to children, teens, young adults, and parents
- Complete assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Incorporate parent-inclusive and family-centred approaches when appropriate
- Communicate and collaborate professionally with clients, caregivers, and other professionals
- Participate in consultation and ongoing professional development
- Maintain ethical, evidence-informed standards of practice
Qualifications
- Registered Psychotherapist, Psychological Associate, or Registered Social Worker in good standing with your regulatory college
- Professional liability insurance and general liability insurance
- Experience providing psychotherapy to children, teens, parents, and families
- Training in attachment-based, DBT, motivational interviewing, interpersonal neurobiology, or related approaches is considered an asset
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
Pay: $4,000.00-$8,000.00 per month

Education:
- Master's Degree (required)
Licence/Certification:
- CRPO, OCSWSSW, CPBAO Registration (required)
