Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Technician and become a vital part of maintaining and improving building comfort systems! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and mechanical systems across various facilities. Your mechanical expertise will ensure optimal operation of boilers, appliances, and related equipment, contributing to a safe, efficient, and comfortable setting. Duties

- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioners, heaters, ventilation units, and boilers to ensure peak performance.
- Conduct plumbing repairs and installations using schematics and technical drawings for precise execution.
- Perform welding tasks on ductwork or piping as needed to ensure system integrity.
- Inspect mechanical components such as pumps, valves, and motors; perform routine maintenance to prevent system failures.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately.




- Assist with construction projects involving HVAC or mechanical systems by providing skilled labor and technical support.
- Repair appliances and mechanical equipment related to building operations to minimize downtime.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or mechanic with a strong understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, welding, and appliance repair.
- Valid G2 or G3 gas license and/or 313A or D certificate
- Mechanical knowledge including boiler operation, schematics reading, and general construction experience.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance procedures for HVAC units and related mechanical systems.
- Ability to work with schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints for accurate repairs and installations.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent attention to detail in diagnosing issues efficiently.

Pay: $28.00-$55.00 per hour
