We are looking for professionals who are dynamic and passionate in their approach to customer service. We are looking for Front Desk Agents.

What You’ll Do

- Greet guests with a smile and answer their questions as required.
- Responsible for checking guests in and out of the Hotel.
- Issues room keys, pamphlets, discount cards, etc.
- Answers various questions from guests.
- Runs various reports on the computer for management.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Complete shift audits as required.
- Print updated in-house, arrival, departure, and room status reports every two hours pending activity.
- Check all unresolved departures.
- Ensure front desk is stocked with any items guests may require before housekeeping leaves for the day.
- Clean and tidy front desk area.




- Provide information to staff and/or clients about special activities.
- Observe and report any security issues to the Hotel Manager.
- Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment

The Bayshore Inn & Spa is a seasonal resort that is looking for Front Desk Agents from August until October 15th.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 per hour
