About the Role

We are looking for a skilled remodeling qualified with at least 3 years of experience in one or more residential finishing and renovation trades. We specialize in remodeling and repairing existing structures on sites that require craftsmanship, adaptability, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform high-quality remodeling and finishing work in residential settings.
- Read and follow product and system installation instructions accurately.
- Plan and execute tasks in the correct order of operations, understanding how each step affects the next.
- Adjust to changing job priorities and site conditions as needed.
- Interact professionally with customers and peers, maintaining a friendly and respectful demeanor.
- Work independently or as part of a team to achieve project goals.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following:

- Framing
- Drywall hanging and taping
- Interior/exterior painting
- Window and door installation
- Baseboard and casing installation
- Railing and stairs
- Fences and decks
- Siding, soffit and fascia installation
- Tile setting
- Flooring installation





Qualifications

- Reliable transportation to project sites or designated meeting points.
- Basic tool belt and personal hand tools.
- Solid understanding of remodeling workflows and their downstream effects.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$36.00 per hour
