Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our energetic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toast POS system.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly.

Skills

- Proven experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is an advantage.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
