Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a full-time Housekeeping Attendant to join our incredible team. This role focuses on both guest rooms and common areas across the resort. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and committed to delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our property.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and service guest rooms and suites in accordance with luxury resort standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in all common areas, including lobby, reception, restaurant, spa, fitness centre, lounges, stairwells, entrances, staff corridors, event spaces, and public washrooms.
- Dust, polish, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to uphold resort cleanliness standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock towels, toiletries, and in-room amenities.
- Replenish and maintain housekeeping supplies and carts.
- Properly use and maintain all cleaning equipment and materials.
- Respect guest privacy and ensure the security of guest rooms and belongings.
- Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layouts.
- Record and report room discrepancies,



damages, or maintenance issues.
- Submit all required checklists after each shift.
- Assist guests professionally and courteously when required.
- Participate in departmental meetings and follow all safety, security, and sanitation policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort is an asset, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Self-motivated, professional, and flexible with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
- Valid BC Driver’s License is required.
- Full availability to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.
