Now Hiring: Packaging & Forklift Operator
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Caledonia Forest Products Ltd. is seeking a reliable, hardworking Packaging & Forklift Operator to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, daytime position focused on packaging finished lumber products, operating an inside forklift, and supporting daily production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package, wrap, and prepare finished lumber products for shipment
- Operate an inside forklift to move lumber and finished products throughout the plant
- Stage products for shipping and assist with order preparation
- Ensure products are packaged accurately and securely to company standards
- Perform quality checks on packaged products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with other production and warehouse duties as required
What We're Looking For:
- Previous forklift experience (certification is an asset)
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred
- Comfortable operating an inside forklift in a production setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and efficiency
- Reliable with a positive work ethic and willingness to learn

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
