AestheteMD is a boutique facial aesthetic and plastic surgery practice dedicated exclusively to cosmetic treatments of the face and neck. We are seeking a warm, professional, and motivated Medical Aesthetician to join our team. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full time role as our aesthetic practice continues to grow.

This position is best suited to an experienced medical aesthetician who is already proficient with IPL/BBL treatments and is looking to expand their expertise with advanced laser resurfacing and RF microneedling technologies.

What You’ll Do:

- Perform medical aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, and skincare consultations (training provided on our specific devices).
- Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients on skincare.
- Build strong relationships with patients to encourage long-term treatment plans.
- Assist with photography and documentation.
- Support the growth of the aesthetic side of the practice through exceptional patient experience.




- Work closely with our nurse injectors and facial plastic surgeon to provide comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience performing IPL and/or BBL treatments in a medical aesthetic clinic is required.
- Robust understanding of light-based laser treatments, including patient selection and treatment planning.
- Experience with medical-grade skincare and chemical peels.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Friendly, polished, and professional with a patient-first approach.
- Self-motivated and interested in helping grow the aesthetic practice.

Training Provided!

Experience with the following is an asset but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided:

- Fractional laser resurfacing
- RF microneedling
- Traditional microneedling
- Advanced laser technologies

Compensation & Perks:

- Starting wage: $27/hour
- Performance bonus with earning potential of approximately $35/hour

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
