We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team!

As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their power sports unit. The ideal candidate will have parts or power sports experience, excellent communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills.

Key Duties:

- Greet customers and assist them in identifying their vehicle parts and accessory needs
- Provide accurate and detailed information about available parts and accessories
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure accurate and timely completion of repairs and installations
- Assist customers in locating and ordering specific parts not in stock
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient




- Stay up-to-date with the latest power sports trends and advancements
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma
- Solid automotive knowledge and their parts and accessories
- Previous experience in a parts advisor role preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
