Pal Auto Service is looking for an Automotive Service & Parts Advisor to join our team!

We are currently looking for an experienced Full-time Automotive Service and Parts Advisor to join our service department. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide great customer service in an energetic, fast-paced work environment.

Pal Auto Service has been in business for more than 25 years. We strive to make every customer experience easy, efficient, and enjoyable. Our recent state-of-the-art facility is NOW OPEN!

Position Description

- Greeting service department customers in a polite and professional manner

- Provide repair recommendations to customers and create repair orders

- Accurately explain the nature of repairs being completed on customer vehicles

- Answering inbound phone calls, providing price quotes,



and scheduling service appointments

- Sourcing parts from various vendors

Requirements

- Must have the ability to speak fluent English and Punjabi

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to sell required maintenance/repairs
