Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional occupational therapy services to clients by conducting assessments and providing treatments virtually and in person. This role offers an opportunity to help clients improve their health and quality of life. Mobile, in-home OT assessments and treatments within the GTA.

Duties

- Conduct client consultations to understand their specific concerns and preferences.
- Conduct client occupational therapy treatment sessions including goal setting, protected ADL modifications, etc.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments.
- Uphold professional standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client.




- Stay current with industry trends and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

- Valid registration/certification as an Occupational Therapist in Ontario
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a relaxing environment for clients.
- Ability to listen attentively and tailor treatments to individual needs.
- Ability to travel to patient's home for treatments in the GTA
- Be in good standing with your professional College
- Additional languages spoken/understood is an asset

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
