Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Tennis Coach to join our community sports program. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy teaching and engaging with players of all ages. Duties

- Conduct tennis lessons tailored to players’ skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes
- Develop and implement lesson plans that promote skill improvement, sportsmanship, and enjoyment of the game
- Provide guidance on proper technique, rules, and strategies during practice sessions and matches
- Monitor player progress and offer constructive feedback to encourage growth
- Assist with organizing tennis clinics, camps, or special events as needed




- Maintain a safe and positive environment on the courts at all times
- Support the overall operation of the sports facility by ensuring equipment is properly maintained and available for lessons

Requirements

- Proven experience in teaching tennis or coaching sports; certification is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and instruct players effectively
- Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility around evenings and weekends
- Enthusiasm for teaching and fostering a love of tennis among diverse age groups
- Experience in swimming or aquatic activities is desirable but not mandatory
- Must be reliable, professional, and committed to creating an inclusive, encouraging atmosphere for all participants

Pay: $300.00-$500.00 per week
