The Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for customer service and sales of golf merchandise and services. Our full service golf club offering a 27 hole course, cart rentals, pro shop merchandise, and full service food and beverage.

The Pro Shop Attendant performs a variety of duties including, but not limited to, customer service in the sale of golf services and merchandise, ensuring carts and other equipment are prepared and ready for rental, cleaning and stocking of the pro shop and other public areas, and monitoring and dealing with service issues on the golf course.

Responsibilities

- Welcome members and assist with golf equipment and Pro Shop services
- Handle merchandise sales, orders, and retail displays
- Maintain Pro Shop cleanliness and golf cart organization
- Monitor pace of play and enforce course rules and policies
- Assist golfers, resolve concerns, and provide directions around the course




- Coordinate with course staff and other departments to ensure a great member and guest experience
- Support a safe, clean, and organized setting
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Golf operations or Pro Shop experience is an asset
- Knowledge of golf and golf course operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and golf club software preferred)
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Work days:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Experience:

- Pro Shop: 3 years (preferred)
- customer service: 3 years (required)
