Key Responsibilities

- Prepare parts for powder coating by cleaning and properly prepping surfaces
- Apply powder coating using a manual electrostatic spray gun
- Operate curing ovens according to required drying and cure times
- Inspect finished parts for defects, coverage, and consistency
- Perform routine quality testing and inspections




- Complete job-related time sheets accurately
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work flexible lunch and break times as required by production schedules
- Assist in other departments when needed
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Ability to prepare parts for powder coating and apply coatings using a manual electrostatic spray gun
- Operate curing ovens according to required drying and cure times
- Inspect finished parts for defects, coverage, and consistency
- Perform routine quality testing and inspections
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machinery
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 10 hours per day
- High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience is an asset
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is an asset
- 1 year of prior powder coating or industrial finishing experience
- Proficient in English
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Available to work the Tuesday-Thursday and Friday shift pattern required for the role
