Janitorial Cleaning Subcontractors Wanted in Peterborough
A well-established cleaning company based out of the Durham Region is seeking reliable janitorial cleaning subcontractors to join our team to service our Peterborough clients.
Shifts:
Various shifts available based on client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide janitorial maintenance services for commercial clients in accordance with specific cleaning requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and solutions at each job site (if applicable) to ensure products are always available.
- Assist with janitorial projects as needed.
- Follow company procedures and complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must be a registered business or willing to establish one.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Robust understanding of customer service principles and ability to uphold service excellence.
- Adaptability to change while maintaining efficiency in job responsibilities.
- Demonstrated competency with technology, including the ability to effectively use a smartphone, company apps, and digital communication tools to complete job tasks, documentation, scheduling, and reporting requirements.
