About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with strong estimating capabilities to lead and manage concrete formwork projects across the Lower Mainland. The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering structural concrete scopes, managing crews, coordinating trades, and producing accurate estimates for labour, materials, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning — Develop project schedules, work plans, and resource allocations
- Estimating — Prepare detailed estimates for concrete formwork, including labour, materials, equipment, and production rates
- Budget & Cost Control — Track costs, forecast budgets, and manage financial performance
- Site Coordination — Work closely with site supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors
- Safety Leadership — Ensure COR‑aligned safety practices and compliance
- Client & Stakeholder Communication — Maintain strong relationships with owners,



consultants, and inspectors
- Change Management — Prepare change orders, RFIs, and documentation
- Quality Assurance — Oversee workmanship and adherence to specifications

Qualifications

- 5–10+ years experience in concrete formwork project management
- Strong estimating background (labour production rates, takeoffs, equipment planning)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Planswift, JobTread)
- Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
