Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting children's developmental needs, promoting early learning skills, and creating a positive classroom atmosphere. Duties

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards
- Facilitate engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Observe and assess individual children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers
- Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all children, including those with disabilities
- Support children in developing social skills, independence, and positive behavior management
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum activities and share best practices
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental milestones, and other required documentation




- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and classroom events

Skills

- Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Excellent teaching skills with the ability to engage young learners through creative activities
- Compassionate caregiver with patience, empathy, and robust communication skills
- Classroom experience that demonstrates organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Knowledge of child development stages and appropriate instructional strategies
