Required experience with reviewing site drafts and drawings to compile the required steel for projects. Develop and prepare design sketches and structural drawings for fabricators. Using computer-assisted design program (CAD) and other design software to enter the cutting and bending requirements for each job. Coordinating with clients and their site contact for scheduling loads.

Job Duties:
- Prepares reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedule as per project specifications
- Operate computer-assisted design (CAD)
- Complete documentation packages and produce drawing sets
- Read drawings and compile accurate steel requirements and input cut lengths and bend types to
be sent to site
- Creating bar lists
- Prepare technical reports
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with clients and site representative for change orders and other site requirements
- Attention to detail
