Lincoln Lane Inc., a local multi-faceted business, located in Norfolk County, has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Executive Personal Assistant.

The ideal candidate for this role will work directly with the Owner, and be willing to complete a variety of tasks in a timely manner, on a day-to-day basis.

Duties shall include, but may not be limited to the following:

· Assist with overseeing various property holdings & property management

· Accounting duties using appropriate software

· Ensure payables are processed in an accurate & prompt manner

· HST (preparation of paperwork for regularly scheduled remittances)

· Minor payroll duties & administration for off-shore farm workers (arranging travel etc.)

· Make proactive inquires regarding any discrepancies regarding items such as utility invoices, to ensure all properties are as efficient & cost-effective as possible, at all times

· Insurance & other Government Remittances (including the processing of payments, etc.)

· Deal personally with Norfolk County Officials and/or Staff, regarding various matters, as directed

· Schedule meetings & other business activities, on behalf of Owner

· Interact with vendors & other 3rd parties, regarding various business matters

· Field calls and return messages, as directed





· Assist with various day-to-day administrative tasks & personal errands, as required

· Any and all other administration duties as requested, to ensure optimal efficiencies across all business holdings

Education & Experience

· Knowledge of general accounting procedures

· Knowledge of relevant accounting software

· Minimum of 2 years experience in a professional business environment

· Minimum High-School Graduate (OSSGD)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
