We are looking for agile, competent and motivated people to fill a position of Software Designer in the development of a new generation of CAD and simulation software. This position includes mainly mathematical modeling, design and software development to enrich a multi-technology simulation environment.

Responsibilities

- Participate in the mathematical modeling of components and equipment in various technologies including: pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics, electricity, instrumentation and process control;
- Write and/or validate design specifications;
- Develop prototypes for concept validation purposes;
- Develop and document simulation models;
- Implement the selected solutions (programming);
- Develop unit tests of software components and integration tests;
- Respect the procedures and the processes of the quality system of the company.

Qualifications

- University degree in mathematics or equivalent;
- Master object-oriented development in the Microsoft .NET environment and C++ and C# languages;




- Good knowledge in mathematical modeling;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar fields;
- Positive communication skills, both written and spoken in French and English;
- Asset: training or experience in electrical engineering, mechanics or any other field involving physics.

Preferable expertise
Knowledge of the fluid industry and automation (asset).
