Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will assemble products and components according to work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards. This role requires accuracy, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

- Assemble products, components, and subassemblies according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively.
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Verify components and materials before assembly.
- Perform trimming, fitting, fastening, and finishing operations as required.
- Package completed products for shipping or the next stage of production.
- Report defective materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate production records and complete assigned documentation.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.




- Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and assembly diagrams.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience assembling industrial, rubber, or custom-manufactured products.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
