Duties

- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage merchandising displays, restock shelves, and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and inviting
- Provide knowledgeable assistance on product features, especially in technology sales or specialty items
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication skills




- Maintain accurate cash registers, perform basic math for transactions, and balance cash drawers at shift end

Qualifications

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain products clearly and confidently
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
