Our company is seeking a Production Tech (Operator / Assembler) to join our team. The Production Tech will work directly with a supervisor to help accomplish the production schedule. The role includes performing routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes, as well as checking quality, sorting, packaging, and labeling products using simple hand tools and equipment.

What you would be doing

· Assemble products and sub-assemblies according to production work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.

· Operate equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with IPI-approved training and capabilities.

· Log activities and information accurately and complete associated documentation.

· Maintain a clean and tidy work area and identify equipment requiring maintenance, as needed.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

What you bring

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Demonstrated fine motor skills and ability to use handheld tools.

· Demonstrated physical ability to hold, lift, carry, push,



and pull items up to 40 lbs.

· Ability to read, understand, and apply written instructions.

· Positive attitude, dependability, and dedication to valuable performance.

· Ability to work overtime, pre-shift, and weekends when required.

· Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Flexibility to work scheduled hours.

· Basic math skills

· Ability to stand for 8 hours.

Assets

· Previous hands-on assembly experience.

· Mechanical aptitude.

· Experience working in injection moulding.

· Experience working in manufacturing plant.

· Interest in learning, growing, and taking on increased responsibility, including potential leadership opportunities.

Schedule Hours

We are currently hiring a team member to join our production technician team. Scheduled hours based off production needs. Available schedules may include:

· 8-hour Shifts

· Afternoons / Evenings

· Monday to Friday

Scheduled hours might change to meet production requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
