Xyna International is an authorized Testing Centre for IELTS Examination services. We are looking for Bilingual young, energetic and smart candidates to invigilate and represent the institution in a professional manner during the conduct of these examinations.

This is a part-time position 10-15 hours per week.

Days required to work (on call)

Candidates should be available for six to eight hours on these days.

The candidate will be accountable for maintaining the integrity and reputation of these tests by ensuring that the tests are delivered to prescribed standards for customer service, security and administration.

Job Duties:

· Report promptly to test venue at agreed time.

· Follow all relevant standards & procedures, based on training and reference materials provided.

· Enable valuable customer flow by giving candidates clear direction and answering their inquiries.

· Ensure that candidates follow the agreed exam procedures including check-in, identity checks, test day photographs, collection of bio-metrics and note papers etc. according to exam requirements.

· Invigilate examinations to the standard required by the British Council Examinations Service.

· Actively monitor candidates during tests to make sure that there is no violation of test conditions.





· Support the supervisor to ensure that candidates have a positive and consistent test day experience and a positive image of the test venue.

· Ensure all material is accounted for and handed over securely to the supervisor.

· Complete and maintain accurate records of exam assignments. Complete all reports, logs and claims accurately as required by Examinations Services.

· Follow all relevant guidelines and Report any incidents, emergencies or breaches of security to the test day supervisor.

· Additional duties in line with the role may be required.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:-

· A competent level of English and French communication. IELTS / CELPIP / TEF certification will be an asset.

· Excellent customer services skill

· Bachelor Degree or more will be preferred.

· Ability to exercise judgment in varying situations involving stressed candidates

· Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

· Must be team-oriented and should have pleasing personality.

· Familiar and experienced to work with Windows-based computer systems

· Previous experience of administering tests or examinations will also be an asset

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
