Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and assist with light cooking or meal prep as needed to support client requests
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness using appropriate cleaning tools and eco-friendly products
- Organize and declutter spaces to enhance functionality and aesthetic appeal
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences




- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments while ensuring quality service

Qualifications

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communication with diverse clients
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks thoroughly and efficiently
- Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and light cooking skills are advantageous
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to foster positive client relationships
- Reliable transportation or proximity to service areas is preferred
