We are a growing property maintenance company based in Calgary offering services such as:

- Window Cleaning
- Lawn Care
- Exterior Property Maintenance

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing individual to help generate new customers and grow with the business.

Position Overview
This is a flexible, commission-based role focused on generating leads and booking jobs through door-to-door canvassing, community outreach, and customer interaction.

This position is ideal for:

- Students
- Athletes
- People with strong communication skills
- Anyone looking for flexible income with uncapped earning potential

No previous sales experience is required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Door-to-door canvassing in residential neighbourhoods
- Speaking with homeowners about company services
- Generating leads and booking estimates
- Representing the company professionally
- Tracking leads and customer information
- Assisting with marketing efforts when needed

Compensation

- Commission-based pay
- Uncapped earning potential
- Paid per completed job sold
