Sales Associate – Optical Clinic

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, motivated Sales Associate to join our optical clinic team. The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service, sales, and fashion, and enjoys helping patients select eyewear that suits their lifestyle, vision needs, and personal style. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-focused, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
- Guide patients in selecting frames, lenses, and optical products
- Clearly explain lens options, coatings, insurance benefits, and pricing
- Accurately process sales transactions and payments
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with basic paperwork
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and product displays
- Collaborate with opticians, doctors, and team members to ensure excellent patient care

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent




- Previous retail or sales experience preferred (optical experience is an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to learn optical products, procedures, and industry knowledge
