We are a law firm located in Richmond Hill and currently have a position available for the right person.
We require a full time senior residential and commercial real estate clerk with the ability to handle all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions with limited supervision including review of title and off title searches.
The following additional qualifications are required:
∙ dependability
∙ accuracy and efficiency
∙ excellent organizational, computer, communication (oral and written) skills
∙ ability to work independently and meet deadlines
∙ minimum of five years prior legal experience
∙ knowledge of Microsoft Word (with ability to “blackline” and “track change” documents), WordPerfect, Teraview, Conveyancer and PC Law
