We are seeking an experienced barista to join our team at Inglewood Analog!

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee & tea drinks following Analog recipes
- Prepare and serve a variety of food items, such as breakfast sandwiches and pastries
- Operate espresso machine and other coffee-making tools, such as pour-overs
- Provide a safe & welcoming space for customers and co-workers
- Follow food safety and proper hygiene practices
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to the best of your ability

Qualifications




- Previous experience as a barista / related field is required
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for customers
- Basic to advanced coffee knowledge to provide customers with the most accurate information regarding our retail offerings and to answer any questions they may have
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
