Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Salesperson to join our dealership team in North York, ON. This is a full-time in office role. The Car Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their automotive needs, presenting vehicles, conducting test drives, negotiating deals, and finalizing sales agreements.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of our vehicle inventory
- Following up with leads and prospective customers
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Ensuring a positive and satisfactory customer experience
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Qualifications
- Valid OMVIC Salesperson Licence (required)
- Valid Ontario G Class Driver’s Licence (required)
- No criminal convictions or background issues
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an automotive dealership
- Strong customer satisfaction and customer retention skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Experience with sales and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and passion for sales
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Pay: $2,900.00-$8,000.00 per month
