Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to a client in their own home.
Currently we are looking for Monday morning to Wednesday morning, starting August 17th. As well as provide relief for other caregivers in the event they call in sick, cover holidays, ect.
These shifts would be a 24 hour shift 10:00 AM to 10:00AM
Responsibilities:
- Support with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, wardrobe assistance, and preparing nutritious meals.
- Provide companionship and engage in activities to stimulate cognitive function.
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions.
- Maintain a clean and secure living environment.
- Drive the client to appointments, errands, and social activities as needed.
- Communicate regularly with family members regarding care updates.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and Drivers Abstract (mandatory).
- Background check and references required.
- Female
- Must speak fluent English.
- No Smoking, No Drugs
- Minimum 3 Years experience in caregiving, especially with Alzheimer's patients.
- Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to live on-site and provide 24/7 care as needed.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR (preferred).
