ECS is looking for a Service Technician to join our team in Etobicoke!

Our team of coffee experts is responsible for the service and repair of commercial and residential coffee machines and equipment. Our goal is to provide quality service every time. Our Service Team is renowned for our commitment to quality service and customer relationships.

Qualifications; candidates should have some or basic background knowledge of some or all of the following

- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Mechanical
- Appliance service or installation
- Coffee
- Communication
- Ability to use computers and learn new programs
- Ability to Work Independently
- Customer Service
- Drivers license

ECS is committed to providing our new team member with extensive training and support. We have access to direct training with manufacturers,



an onsite trained Service Technician and will ensure the candidate is set up for success.

Responsibilities

- Diagnostic evaluations, repair and maintenance for commercial and residential coffee machines.
- Inventory management.
- Working independently but seeking out support when required
- Customer service; a pleasant and patient approach to customer discussions about machine repairs and maintenance
- Occasional installation and service support for commercial accounts offsite.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.50 per hour
