Job Description
Tailored Property Services is seeking reliable and hardworking Property Maintenance Technicians for both full-time and part-time positions in Georgetown. We value candidates who are passionate about working outdoors, take pride in their work, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and contribute to a respectful, team-oriented atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial and residential lawn mowing equipment, including zero turn mowers, push mowers, line trimmers, and blowers.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as edging, pruning, trash and debris removal, digging, and planting.
- Carry out lawn and garden renovation or restoration projects.
- Provide lawn care services including fertilizing, weed maintenance, and core aeration.
- Follow safety protocols when operating equipment and performing physical tasks.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is an asset; training will be provided.
- Ability to lift up to 22.5kg (50 lbs).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the yard is required daily.

Pay: $19.00–$25.00 per hour
